Significant growth in Creative Cloud and Digital Experience

Announcing a record quarterly revenue of $3.23 billion, CEO Shantanu Narayen said: “Adobe delivered the best Q3 in our history in a challenging macroeconomic environment.”

Crediting the global demand for “our innovative solutions”, Adobe noted, “performance was highlighted by growth in Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Digital Experience”.

Digital Media segment revenue was $2.34 billion while Creative and Document Cloud revenues grew to $1.96 billion and $375 million respectively.

“Adobe delivered the best Q3 in our history in a challenging macroeconomic environment, demonstrating the global demand for our innovative solutions,” said Shantanu Narayen, president and CEO, Adobe.

“We are confident that our leadership in the creative, document and customer experience management categories will drive continued momentum in 2020 and beyond.”

A new World, New Tailwinds

Mr Narayen, one of the most successful CEOs of the technology world said “the world has changed in a way that none of us could have ever foreseen.

Content creation and consumption are exploding in a world where connecting visually has become even more essential.

Electronic workflows and signatures are the only way to efficiently complete business transactions. This reality has created new tailwinds for Adobe.

We saw strength across Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud”.

Adobe revealed key customer wins, including Eli Lilly, Truist, Nike, Lowe’s, Shell, Lloyds and the US Department of Commerce. A partnership with IBM and Red Hat to enable Experience Cloud deployment in hybrid cloud environments.
